Position Overview:
The Financial Reporting and Consolidation Manager reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer. This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reports, and support to the C-line executives. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing both regular and ad hoc reports and collaborating closely with the C-line executives to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the monthly consolidation process including managing the global intercompany process and review of monthly consolidated results.
• Work with international intercompany owners to resolve out-of-balance accounts.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including cash flow projections.
• Collaborate and business partner with C-line executives, affiliated international entities and intradisciplinary teams to ensure that financial objectives are met and that the business is operating efficiently.
• Develop and maintain financial models to aid decision-making.
• Support multiple Corporate Finance & Accounting projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
• Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist with the preparation of board materials and other financial presentations.
• Present findings and recommendations concerning financial, accounting and business issues
• Ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the C-line with ad hoc requests, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Knowledge of Consolidation process.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in a multinational company would be an advantage.
• May require frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
